I'm an engineer by training, now doing a PGDM. The short version of what changed: engineering taught me to find the right answer, and I'm now spending my time on problems that don't have one.

Lately I'm interested in how decisions actually get made inside organisations — the gap between the analysis on the slide and the judgment call behind it, and how much of strategy is really just picking which assumptions to trust. I write about that here as I work it out.
